The Council governs GLIDE and is constituted according to the provisions of the National Council for Higher Education.
Its roles include;-Determining the mission, objectives, goals, strategies and policies for the success of the institution.
It also ensures an environment that is conducive to attaining the goals efficiently, effectively, economically and ethically.
